Congratulations to the owners of this very fun flowing modern space. This house represents thousands of thoughtful decisions with spectacular results. The house is a daring design with multiple pitches to the butterfly roof and a mixed media metal cedar siding. Solar panels for electricity and hot water sit atop the metal roof. The curved deck is made of Trex with an aluminum and glass railing system. The in-floor heating system runs throughout a full basement and a two bedroom two and a half bath upper floor. The house is warm and beautiful on the inside. Every door and window and skylight were designed to maximize the use of outdoor light. The curved layout of the house also allows for excellent use of sunlight and breathtaking views of the Saratoga Passage. This was an amazing project.
